Dental Insurance:
If you have dental insurance, please bring in your insurance card. Our experienced insurance coordinators will gladly assist you with ascertaining your current dental benefits and give you a close estimate of your out-of-pocket costs for the dental treatment that is planned.
As a courtesy, we will also file claims with your insurance company to assist you in receiving your maximum benefits. You, as a patient, are however responsible for the total cost of the treatment.
Payment in full is expected by the time treatment is rendered.

Cancellations:
The time we have reserved for you is valuable. We do our best to stay on schedule. We ask that you notify us within forty-eight hours if you are unable to keep your appointment time so that this clinical time could be utilized towards the needs of another patient. We reserve the right to charge a fee for scheduled appointments that are not kept or cancelled unless forty-eight hours advance notice is given.
